Beware if use Guardian

Guardian represents contract transfers as the result of moves. However, they put people in a new contract for extended menstruation without telling them they didn't do the transfer of initial contract. And so they won't honor what there staff tell you lot without multiple telephone calls and having to speak with a supervisor. The supervisors did finally help, but it was unnecessary to waste time and money on this type of nonsense.

Now trying to post review and app won't let me, without having me repeat posting step multiple times. Go effigy, if give one star y'all tin't mail service, but if you change stars to 4 or five it let's you post

Awful Customer Back up. Awful equipment

Our keypad failed to articulate a fire alarm with both sets of codes. Tech support failed to telephone call united states to confirm emergency before sending FD. Nosotros didn't accept our phones with us to disarm the organisation via the app. Every alarm in the house was going off for xv-20mins until we (ourselves) could clear the warning with the app. They couldn't do information technology remotely while on the phone, and the panel was withal registering a burn with sound warning. We couldn't articulate the panel. After 1hr + on the phone with tech support reentering sequences of codes nosotros said plenty and asked for a tech to come up out. They then wanted to charge US to have a tech respond to service/supervene upon the panel…a full week later! Terrible…after much chagrin and complaint, they were willing to waive the service fee. Awful customer service and business organization model. We were considering canceling right there and at present but Guardian would charge us $800 early cancellation fee. Yup! Typical tech contract scheme with poor customer support and ownership. I decided to use the app disarm 'at home' feature and certain plenty…information technology cleared the panel. No thanks to support or the panel instructions. Horrible. Avoid this service. Don't reactivate or renew and enjoy your useless home décor.

I would give zilch stars if I could

This app is no aid. My stupid doorbell photographic camera went on the fritz about 4 months ago and nothing seems to prepare information technology! It is constantly shutting down and says it is loosing connectivity. What good is having the camera if it just work intermittently?!?!?! It says how to fix it, but you have to be abode to do information technology?! I got this system because I work 48 hours directly, very disappointing. I'm not going to pay nigh $100 for someone to come out again, THAT IS RIDICULOUS! I'm ready to switch to Ring or some other visitor. I tried to go to customer service on the app and send an email, due to being at piece of work, and I get a mailer demon e-mail stating the e-mail address is not able to go through so then I click on the service ticket in the app and I get an mistake message and get kicked out of the client service area. What a joke. On top of that, the thermostat settings don't work. I did a set temperature for both the calendar week and weekends and no thing what I set it at it constantly changes itself to 80-83 degrees! Those aren't fifty-fifty temperatures I take set in the app so I have no clue where information technology is coming from.
